UNKS Mentoring
Trusted adult mentors helping young people build confidence, make positive choices, and see new possibilities.
↗Roseland born. Chicago focused.
Creating outstanding situations for youth, families, and communities through outreach, mentorship, opportunity, and action.
Who we are
COS is a community-led nonprofit building a stronger future for Roseland and Chicago's Far South Side.
We meet people where they are and connect them with the support, relationships, and opportunities they need to move forward. Our work centers young people, strengthens families, and brings neighbors together.
Founded and led by Stephan Gwin, COS turns lived experience into practical, consistent community action.

Our approach
